A Sudden Impulse Sales Associate
The World Equestrian Center - is currently seeking a Part-time A Sudden Impulse Sales Associates to join our team! You must be at least 18 to apply.
A Sudden Impulse Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring that the store is clean and organized, greeting, and helping customers, putting out new inventory when it comes in and following the lead of the store supervisor. Works with customers to write up custom embroidery orders. Help supervisor with counting weekly inventory and printing new items with WEC logos when they come in. Checking customers out via POS system.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Have a positive and friendly attitude when working with and greeting customers.
- Organizing and cleaning of the store on a daily basis.
- Work with supervisor to ensure staff relations are all positive to help create a better work environment for all.
- Adherence to all safety rules and regulations.
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
- Maintaining customer’s orders and completing orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure that store stock is amply maintained.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Approachable with positive mindset.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Working knowledge of retail POS system.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated, organized, and ability to problem solve.
- Professional appearance.
